Below is a copy of the lease. What you sign should be very similar. I used Google Translate to convert it to English.

I. Prenajímateľ prenecháva za odplatu nájomcovi do užívania byť aj s príslušenstvom
nachádzajúceho sa v rodinnom dome v Zlatých Moravciach na Tríbečskej ulici, č. orient 7 č.súp.
2017, uvedeného v liste vlastníctva č.4694 , katastrálne územie Zlaté Moravce, ktorého je
prenajímateľ jediným vlastníkom. Byt pozostáva z troch izieb, kuchyne, kúpelne, WC a komôrky. V
byte je zavedené ústredné kúrenie a internet. Byt je bez závad v stave spôsobylom na riadne
užívanie a v tomto stave je nájomca povinný na svoje náklady udržiavať. Jedna miestnosť je
určená a podnikanie nájomcu (súkromná býučba angličtiny).

II. Nájomca sa so stavom prenajímaných miestností oboznámil a bez závad ich preberá do svojho
užívania. Nájomný pomer sa uzatvára na obdobie od 1.1.2019 na dobu neurčitú s možnosťou
uplatnenia jednomesačnej výpovednej lehoty.

III. Prenajímateľ odovzdáva nájomcovi predmetný byt spolu s príslušenstvom v stave spôsobilom na
riadne užívanie a zaväzuje sa nájomcovi zabezpečiť plný a nerušený výkon práv spojených s
užívaním bytu. Drobné opravy bytu súvisiace s jeho užívaním a náklady spojené s bežnou údržbou
uhádza nájomca.

IV. Prenajímateľ si vyhradzuje právo prístupu do bytu za účelom kontroly, či nájomca užíva byť
riadnym spôsobom. Nájomca nie je oprávnený dať predmetný byt do prenájmu inej právnickej či
fyzickej osobe.

V. Nájomca sa zaväzuje platiť prenajímateľovi nájomné 80 EUR mesačne podľa osobitnej dohodny
počnúc 1.1.2019.

VI. V prípade zvýšenia alebo zníženia ceny energií, verejných služieb a pod. môže byť nájomné
zmenené a prenajímateľ je povinný akúkoľvek zmenu vydokladovať relevantnými podkladmi.

VII. Po skončení nájmu, ak sa strany nedohodnú na ďaľšom nájme, nájomca je povinný odovzdať
predemtný byt v takom stave, v akom ho prevzal.

VIII. Zmluvné strand sa dohodli, že nájomca nebude vykonávať žiadne stavebné zmeny v predmetnom
byte. V takom prípade by nájomca dal predmetný byt do pôvodného stavu na vlastné náklady.

IX. Účastníci si zmluvu prečítali a jej obsahu porozumeli v plnom znení.

II. The landlord has familiarized himself with the condition of the rented rooms and takes them to his own without any faults use. The lease is concluded for the period from 1 January 2019 for an indefinite period with the possibility of application of one month's notice period. 
 
III. The landlord gives the tenant the apartment in question, together with the equipment in a condition eligible for it proper use and commits the Lessee to ensure the full and undisturbed exercise of the rights attached to it by using the apartment. Minor repairs of the apartment related to its use and costs associated with routine maintenance rents tenant. 
 
IV. The landlord reserves the right to access the apartment in order to check whether the lessee is using it properly. The lessee is not entitled to let the apartment in question to another legal entity natural person.

V. The lessee undertakes to pay the renter a rent of EUR 80/90/120 per month according to a special agreement from 1.1.2019. 
 
VI. In the event of an increase or decrease in the price of energy, utilities, etc. may be rent changed and the lessor is obliged to document any change with relevant documents. 
 
VII. After the lease is terminated, if the parties do not agree on another lease, the lessee is obliged to hand over an apartment in the condition in which it was taken over. 
 
VIII. The contracting parties agree that the lessee will not make any construction changes in the subject byte. In such a case, the lessee would put the apartment in question at its own expense.

FORMER TEACHER - Leaving Early in June

For the past two years Peter has offered to have the native speakers leave before the end of June. The school is open until the last Thursday in June. This year the last day of school is Thursday, June 27th. Peter may want you to stay through the end of June next year. In 2019 he asked all three native speakers if they would like to skip the last two weeks. There's nothing wrong with departing early but you need to be aware of the possibility so that you can plan.
